Flush Mount LED Bolt - Snap Fit Version - Customer Questions

I want to use these as downward-facing, in-door-mounted ground lighting for my vehicle. Will these fit snugly enough that they won’t rattle or come loose? Or should I use the nuts and install more permanently? The plastic surface I’m mounting to is approximately 1/8” thick.

The bolts require a 12mm hole be drilled. Either method holds the securely. You could also use the spring to insert into the hole and a nut on the bottom to make sure it is tight and will not rattle.

Does the flush mount led get hot when used for long periods of time?

No, a bit warm not never hot.

What is the IP rating?

IP 68, fully waterproof.

What is the temperature range these LEDs can handle? I'm looking for underhood lighting.

They can be used under a car hood, just not near a very hot heat source. The can generally handle up to 158 degrees.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make this in other standard colors ASAP!!!!!! (or at least in yellow, red, green and blue.)

We can do that if you need large quantities like 200.

What about other LED colors?
